The M23 rebel group accuses the Congolese government of sabotaging upcoming direct talks scheduled for Tuesday in Angola, citing alleged bombings of populated areas by government forces. The M23, claiming to defend Tutsi interests, had previously welcomed the talks but demanded President Tshisekedi's public commitment. The president has so far refused direct dialogue with the M23, which he considers a terrorist group.
